Complete Health Package
This package is ideal if you're needing a complete health reset and wanting something that is personalised to you and your needs, combining both of Jaime's health services of Nutrition and Yoga. This package helps you to get on top of your health concerns & assists with achieving those short term health goals, leading to lifelong daily practices. By working one-on-one with me, you'll feel supported with your health and wellness, feeling empowered to take control. 1 x 90 minute initial consultation (includes a full review of your health history and any area of concern,
diet, lifestyle, recent pathology, recommendations for further testing as required)
2 x 45 minute follow up consultations
2 x 60 minute personalised yoga & mindfulness sessions (either in person or via zoom)
Personalised recommendations emailed to you within 48 hours of each Nutrition appointment.

The Mindfulness & Flow Package
This package is designed to help you get started with setting up a regular yoga practice within your everyday life, assisting you to
follow a life that is more in tune with yogic principles. Sessions will start off with the yoga and mindfulness basics to help provide you with proper alignment cues, as well as breathing and mindfulness techniques so you feel confident to continue these practices in between sessions. Practices are able to be personalised to your specific needs and what you are wanting to achieve out of your regular yoga practice.
Although these sessions can be provided online over zoom, they will provide greater value when given in person.
