Private or Group Yoga Sessions

Please contact for pricing as this will depend on the duration and type of yoga session or you are after.

Each yoga class, whether in a group setting or for on-going private sessions, are considered and tailored to the level of the group or individual. Simply enjoy an hour of your day with a rejuvenating yoga session that awakens and aligns your body, and you can solely focus on your breath as you flow, bringing you into the present moment.

PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS

On-going private sessions in the comfort of your own home can be helpful when yoga studio timetables just don't suit your schedule or if you have any special requirements which make getting to a local studio difficult.

45 or 60 minute options available.

- Includes: five to ten minutes of meditation/mindfulness work, pranayama work, followed by guided asana practice that can be tailored to your specific needs with hands-on adjustments when and if necessary. 

- All props provided: yoga mat (if necessary), yoga blocks and music.


- Includes: Intuitive card-pull & reading (can assist in setting an intention for the practice).

- Optional use of essential oils to assist in settling and grounding into the practice.

- All props are thoroughly cleaned before and after each use.

GROUP YOGA SESSIONS

The perfect practice to include into any health and wellness workshop, health retreat, or to do something a little extra special with your favourite bunch of people, whether it's part of your Bachelorette party before that special day, or for a ladies getaway. 

45 or 60 minute options.

- Includes: Intuitive card-pull (can assist in setting an intention for the practice). *Optional sharing circle at the end of the yoga practice where discussion into your card pull can be elaborated on and shared with those in your group. 

Five to ten minutes of meditation/mindfulness breath work, followed by guided asana practice of your choosing (eg. relaxing and calm or strong and powerful) with hands-on adjustments when and if necessary.

- All props provided: yoga mats, yoga blocks, meditation mist and music.


- Optional use of essential oils to assist in settling and grounding into the practice.


One thing for sure is that no matter what you're wanting to book your yoga session for, you'll finish each session feeling relaxed, balanced and refreshed, as though you're walking on clouds and ready to take on the day!
